got this very interesting email last night and i thought i'd share it.. this is from the local rbc.. "in harmony with our new ldc form we have been asked by the branch to liquidate all current assets of used tools and materials once owned by the rbc.
you are invited to visit the equipment trailers to acquire items being liquidated by the rbc asset team, these items will be offered on a first come bases with voluntary donation.
if you see any item you like please be in position to take it with you at that time, after you return to your congregation then you will make a donation of cash or check in the congregation contribution box designated for the support of the worldwide work.
It's gotta be very confusing to the rank and file. That is if they learn about the sale of all the RBC tools and everything related. That May 2014 letter about the extreme need of KH's worldwide, only to be in a massive sale of RBC assets a year-and-a-half later????? Just seems to go contrary to what every JW were to understand 18 months ago. Would not make any sense at all to me.
Very, very confusing to the JW's if they no about this big ''sell-off'''.
see under - "accomplice" and "complicit".. noun: accomplice - a person who knowingly helps another in a crime or wrongdoing, often as a subordinate.

adjective: complicit - involved with others in reprehensible or illegal activity.. i'll bet there are a lot of them who are feeling exactly like this - but have no guts to do the right thing!
I believe that there are many, many elders like this. But they don't have the conscience to do anything about it. Mainly fear of reprisal from the Borg.
But there are elders who enjoy their position too much. It's almost shameful that the rank and file have really no clue about what the elders are hiding. The vast majority will never, never know.
But then, maybe some day they might!! Who knows?

they're obviously getting rid of the rags, drastically reducing printing of books in general, eliminating special pioneers, etc., etc.. ... what could they possibly need a 1.6 million square feet compound for (not including outside space) in the middle of nowhere?.
just to put things into perspective, 1.6 million square feet is equal to the square footage of roughly twelve (12) costco warehouse clubs.

It just seems so pointless the Borg building this huge compound in Warwick if they really do believe the big 'A' right around the ''corner''.
You would think they would hold off until after the big ''A'' to build such a compound. If they really believed what they preach about.
i don't follow the board nearly as closely as i did years ago and i've only seen scattered and seemingly contradictory threads on construction delays and bethel layoffs.. anyone care to briefly summarize the latest for those of us who haven't closely followed the various threads?

Apparently the elders, right now in the U.S. and U.K., are asked to destroy any personal notes from JC hearings. I believe it is to limit litigation. That is what I have to suspect, but not 100% sure, may just be a rumour. However, if true very disturbing. Such elder who follow such direction, you would have to wonder if they even have a conscience.
What is even more disturbing is the vast rank and file would have no idea whatsoever at all about what their local elders are doing. The ones who they apparently trust and confide in!!! Despicable.

As I mentioned one time before. The Borg and the rank and file considers appearances to be everything pretty much. Should the Borg go the way of broadcasting everything, fading out of the Borg should become way easier. Nobody really to judge you due to your lack of appearance.
The Borg will be doing the faders a big favour. Waayyyyy easier to slip away because there are no elders or henchmen to judge you due to your lack of appearance.
